Mission Statement

Elk Run Rutherford’s Condo Board, along with our Management Company (KDM Management Inc.) collaborates as a Transparent Unified Team representing all Owners by striving for common goals that help create a healthy balanced living environment. We will continue to build a strong Reserve Fund, implement an effective and efficient Maintenance Program that meets Owners expectations, while keeping Condo Fees reasonable. We will comply with the Condo Act, our Bylaws, Building and Housing Codes and other legal requirements. We will enforce the Polices and Rules for the benefit of all residents to ensure a level playing field for everyone’s enjoyment. We will encourage social gatherings and will ALWAYS act in the best interests of the owners of Elk Run.


Built in 2004, ELK RUN RUTHERFORD is an adults-only (18+) community located just south of Ellerslie Road in Southwest Edmonton.

About Rutherford

According to the 2005 municipal census, approximately 85% of the residences in Rutherford are single-family dwellings. The remainder are mostly duplexes[8] (13%) with a small number of row houses (2%). The majority of residences (96%) are owner-occupied.[9]

It is bounded on the west by 127 Street, on the east by James Mowatt Trail (111 Street), on the north by Ellerslie Road, and on the south by Blackmud Creek Ravine and a line connecting the ravine to 127 Street about 25 Avenue SW.
